Carol offers many years of professional counseling experience. Carol has been a guest speaker for local churches and groups, and has conducted workshops and support groups. Over the years, Carol has developed wisdom, compassion and understanding due to personal life experiences which she willingly shares.

Carol is a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Board Certified, a Cum Laude graduate of Geneva College, Beaver Falls, with Bachelor of Science and Masters Degrees in Professional Psychology.

Carol is a member of Psi Chi (National Honor Society in Psychology), The American Counseling Association, The American Psychological Association, The Pennsylvania Psychological Association, and The American Association of Christian Counselors.
